Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-18

This Discord application ("the bot" or "the service") is a personal, non-commercial assistant operated by its owner for use by invited users and servers. By inviting, interacting with, or otherwise using the bot, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable use

Don't use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass others, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

2. No warranty

The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no guarantee about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bot.

4. Content

The bot may use AI models to generate responses. Generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; verify anything important before relying on it. You are responsible for messages you send to the bot.

5. Account and access

The operator may, at any time and for any reason, restrict, suspend, or remove access to the bot — including by removing the bot from a server or blocking individual users.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

7. Contact

For questions or removal requests, contact the operator via Discord DM to the bot owner.
